MeatMakers.ca is not a shipping company and as such we use a third party shipper. We are currently using Canada Post for small business however this may change at any time if we can negotiate better rates. If we change our shipper we will update this section below. DONT WANT TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Don’t worry, we get it! Shipping rates in Ontario can seem crazy at times. If you don’t want to pay for shipping and have access to down Town Toronto, King & Bathurst area then we can also arrange curbside pick-up, you just need to email email@example.com and we can process your order manually and arrange a time convenient for you to collect your biltong curb-side.
After placing your order with MeatMakers.ca you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Within 3 business days, you will receive a second email letting you know that your order is on its way.
On average, packages take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.
If you have not received your biltong within the time frame we advise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate and communicate with you all information as we get it from the shipper. Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to public holidays, extreme weather backlogs and COVID-19.
MeatMakers.ca may verify payment details, shipment address and order details before processing your order.
